The Palazzo also features an industry-first Power Screen that’s both safe and easy to use. Unlike traditional outdoor fireplaces that use a mesh curtain or a solid stainless steel cover that can only be used when the fireplace is off, the Palazzo Power Screen operates seamlessly, moving up at the press of a button or disappearing into the wall when not in use. This innovative feature prevents debris from getting into the fireplace and can be closed while the fireplace is in use.

Overall very satified. Although it was difficult to coordinate the actual repairs due to the location of the Heatilator unit being in my vacation home. To avoid traveling twice from Southern California, because of the time gaps between diagnostics ordering and receiving parts and schedule information he repairs, I had to pre-order parts not knowing if they would fix the problem. The problem didn’t require all of the parts, but due to the age of the components I had them installed.
