Overall very satified. Although it was difficult to coordinate the actual repairs due to the location of the Heatilator unit being in my vacation home. To avoid traveling twice from Southern California, because of the time gaps between diagnostics ordering and receiving parts and schedule information he repairs, I had to pre-order parts not knowing if they would fix the problem. The problem didn’t require all of the parts, but due to the age of the components I had them installed.

At this point in the process, I couldn’t be happier. The fireplace is in and vented. I’ll give further feedback on the unit itself but as far as the customer service I’m getting…very satisfied. Susie Fischer is a valuable asset to your company. Simply put: She’s on top of everything. She has a compete grasp of not only the product she’s selling, she knows about installation methods and requirements and can speak comfortably with my contractor. She is fantastic.

In general, the install & follow-through was great. A negative was you guys losing track of my special orders (due to move), never following up w/ updates .. essentially not keeping things alive so that the order(s) would not get lost. But at the very end, you pulled through .. was just more frustrating than it should have been.

From the start the staff was able to answer question we had and went over what to look for and the pro’s and con’s of each unit. We went back a second time with more question which they answer and add a few. Very nice to be welcome when you have question and there able to answer them without the run a round. GREAT JOB.
