Overall very satified. Although it was difficult to coordinate the actual repairs due to the location of the Heatilator unit being in my vacation home. To avoid traveling twice from Southern California, because of the time gaps between diagnostics ordering and receiving parts and schedule information he repairs, I had to pre-order parts not knowing if they would fix the problem. The problem didn’t require all of the parts, but due to the age of the components I had them installed.
Ian is an excellent person when it comes to fireplaces for my customers, being personable, he is the guy. I have been using his services for a few years. Blaze Fireplaces’ customer service is excellent, on time, professional installation, great communication, thanks to you all, and especially Ian.
