Overall very satified. Although it was difficult to coordinate the actual repairs due to the location of the Heatilator unit being in my vacation home. To avoid traveling twice from Southern California, because of the time gaps between diagnostics ordering and receiving parts and schedule information he repairs, I had to pre-order parts not knowing if they would fix the problem. The problem didn’t require all of the parts, but due to the age of the components I had them installed.

In general, the install & follow-through was great. A negative was you guys losing track of my special orders (due to move), never following up w/ updates .. essentially not keeping things alive so that the order(s) would not get lost. But at the very end, you pulled through .. was just more frustrating than it should have been.
